Subscription is migrated with "disabled" hosting type: 'Hosting on domain example.com is skipped from backup du...', 'fatal'

Symptoms

Subscription has been migrated with "disabled" hosting type, when migrating to Plesk Onyx.

The following message occurs in Panel migrator debug.log :
/usr/local/psa/bin/subscription --create example.com -hosting false -hst_type phys -login user -passwd '***hidden***' -ip 203.0.113.2 -mail-service-ip 203.0.113.2 -do-not-apply-skeleton -notify false -service_plan Unlimited -force -guid [guid] -ignore-nonexistent-options

In usr/local/psa/var/modules/panel-migrator/sessions/[timestamp]/pmm-agent occurs the following:

Cause

Inconsistency of MySQL system tables on the source server.

This could be happen on MySQL upgrade from old versions (< 5.1) and system tables not were updated fully.

There is Plesk Migrator bug #PMT-3518 which will be fixed in one of the next updates.

Resolution

Compare tables of MySQL database of source server with test server and made the necessary changes.
