Inconsistency of MySQL system tables on the source server.
This can happen during MySQL upgrade from old versions (< 5.1) when system tables were not fully updated.
This is Plesk Migrator bug with ID #PMT-3518 which will be fixed in one of the next updates.
As a workaround, compare tables of MySQL database of source server with test server and make the necessary changes.
