Softaculous does not recognize "Premium" license on Plesk 12.0

Applicable to:

  • Plesk 12.0

Symptoms

"Premium" license for Softaculous extension does not recognized by Plesk and Softaculous shows "Free" license, while paid one is already installed.

Errors in the /usr/local/psa/admin/logs/panel.log are like the following:

Cause

This is Plesk internal issue with ID #PPPM-5828 , that was fixed in Plesk 12.5.

Resolution

Upgrade to the latest Plesk version .

If the upgrade is not acceptable, try re-uploading  the Softaculous license at Plesk > Tools & Settings > License Management > Additional keys.
