Note: This article has the reference to the issue with the fix available:

Unable to access a service node from Home > Nodes on the Management Node: it redirects to the service node login page.
Service nodes are accessible directly.
This is a Plesk Multi Server as a bug with ID EXTPMS-1362 which will be fixed in one of the future Plesk Multi Server updates.
As a workaround:
Log in to the Management Node server via SSH.
Download the custom fix:
# wget https://plesk.zendesk.com/hc/article_attachments/115002275234/custom-fix.zip
Unzip the downloaded archive:
# unzip ./custom-fix.zip
Backup original files:
# mv /usr/local/psa/admin/plib/modules/plesk-multi-server/library/Model/Plesk/Server.php /usr/local/psa/admin/plib/modules/plesk-multi-server/library/Model/Plesk/Server.php.bak
# mv /usr/local/psa/admin/plib/modules/plesk-multi-server/library/Service/SlaveNodeTokenService.php /usr/local/psa/admin/plib/modules/plesk-multi-server/library/Service/SlaveNodeTokenService.php.bak
Put below files from the custom fix instead:
# cp ./library/Model/Plesk/Server.php /usr/local/psa/admin/plib/modules/plesk-multi-server/library/Model/Plesk/Server.php
# cp ./library/Service/SlaveNodeTokenService.php /usr/local/psa/admin/plib/modules/plesk-multi-server/library/Service/SlaveNodeTokenService.php
