SmarterStats: Web statistics does not open from Plesk

Applicable to:

1. SmarterStats is used for domain Web Statistics.

2. Web statistics page https://example.com/plesk-stat/webstat/ does not open or all buttons not operable.

3. Permanent SEO-safe 301 redirect from HTTP to HTTPS is enabled in Home > Domains > example.com> Hosting Settings

SmarterStats does not support HTTPS. This is Plesk issue #PPPM-6921 which planned to be fixed in future product updates.

One of the following workarounds can be applied:

Disable Permanent SEO-safe 301 redirect from HTTP to HTTPS in Home > Domains > example.com> Hosting Settings .
Use direct link to access web statistics: http://example.com:9999
