Option "Permanent SEO-safe 301 redirect from HTTP to HTTPS" does not work

Symptoms

When checking Permanent SEO-safe 301 redirect from HTTP to HTTPS option in Hosting Settings of any subscription and pressing Apply thereafter, this checkbox remains unchecked. "Permanent SEO-safe 301 redirect from HTTP to HTTPS" does not work.

Cause

Option "Permanent SEO-safe 301 redirect from HTTP to HTTPS" does not work.

This is plesk bug with ID #PPPM-5813 which is fixed in Plesk Onyx 17.5.3

Resolution

Upgrade to the latest Plesk version or apply a custom fix using a file attached to this article:

# cp -f /root/SiteIsolation.php /usr/local/psa/admin/plib/CommonPanel/Config/SiteIsolation.php
