Symptoms
HTTP website loads fine but while trying to load the same website with HTTPS, it loads Plesk default page.
Cause
Incorrect vhosts structure of the domain.
Resolution
-
Connect to the server via SSH;
-
Repair the vhosts structure by executing the following command:
# /usr/local/psa/bin/domain --update example.com -same_ssl true
SUCCESS: Update of domain 'example.com' completed. -
If the issue persists, run the following command:
# plesk repair web example.com

Hi, i have the same problem, i patch this :
SUCCESS: Update of domain 'echangedeclics.com' completed.
but the problem is again for the site

Hello! I could not reproduce the issue with the website 'echangedeclics.com'. On my side HTTPS page opens successfully.
Please clear browser's cache and check again.

Hello, i clear the cache, i delete cookies, for 2 days without sucess ...
i have remove the certificat et put again, i reload the system and the https coming :)
so, sorry i don't have a serious solution for the others :/
