Question

How to enable/disable PHP extensions via Plesk GUI?

Answer

  1. Log into Plesk.
  2. Go to Tools & Settings > General Settings > PHP Settings.
  3. Click on the required PHP handler, for example, 7.4.10 FPM application:

  4. Enable/disable the required PHP extension and press the OK button to apply the changes:
    php2.png

    I had this same issue on my site. I cant seem to install any plugins. Ive fixed the issue. I found out the issue was from the hosting provider. Just chat your hosting provider concerning the issue. Here is the direct link to the site
