Note: This article has the reference to the issue with the fix available:
- #PPPM-5781 "It was impossible to secure MailEnable mail server with a Let’s Encrypt certificate."

Let's Encrypt certificate cannot be set for MailEnable on Windows through Certificate for securing mail option in Tools & Settings > SSL/TLS Certificates .
The following error can be found in
454 TLS not available due to temporary reason
The issue is caused by the bug with ID # PPPM-5781 which was fixed in Plesk Onyx Update 18 .
Install the latest Plesk micro-updates .
As a workaround:
1. Set certificate at MailEnableAdmin > Servers > localhost > Properties > SSL tab > SSL certificate;
2. Specify additional 465 port for SMTP connector (tab Inbound > Port settings section) manually in MailEnable.
