2. Checking example.com certificate in the browser shows certificate expiration date far from the one in the email notification.
3. The current certificate has additional domains and/or aliases included.
Note: To check this on Chrome, open your website https://www.example.com/ > Press F12 > Select Security tab > View Certificate > Details tab > Alternatives DNS names registered differs from the domain list received by Let's Encrypt, as an example:
The certificate for domain example.com was not renewed but re-installed as new domains and/or aliases are included.
It is safe to ignore this email because the email notifies that the old certificate is about to expire and the new one is in use.
