Customer cannot see FTP feature in their control panel.

Issue Symptoms

"FTP Access" is not visible in the customer's panel.

Conditions

"FTP Access" is not visible in the customer's panel because of the "Additional FTP accounts management" is disabled in an appropriate service plan.

Resolution

To enable "FTP access" visibility for the customer, please check "Additional FTP accounts management" in an appropriate service plan

Go to Service Plans > appropriate_SP > "Permissions" tab > click "Show more available permissions"

Save changes and synchronize it with a subscription.
