The website example.com is not accessible: the web page is in infinite loading state.
IIS application pool misconfiguration.
Reset the password for the system user of the subscription:
In Plesk go to Domains > example.com > FTP access > (system user name) > Set user password.
Check which application pool serves the reported domain:
Go to IIS > Sites > example.com > Basic settings and check Application pool parameter.
Check that application pool is running with a system user of the subscription:
Go to IIS > Application Pools > plesktest.tld(domain)(4.0)(pool) > Advanced settings > Process model: Identity.
If an identity differs from a system user of the subscription, change it by clicking on the "Browse" button (...) > "Set" button > Enter Identity account and set the same password from the step 1.
Restart the application pool:
5.1. Open IIS > Application Pools > plesktest.tld(domain)(4.0)(pool).
5.2. Press Stop and Start.
