- Plesk for Linux
Can Plesk manage disk space or extend a partition on a Linux-based server?
Plesk does not manage disk space on the server.
If the server is running out of disk space, the following can be done:
Clean up temporary files as per the following article.
Remove old backups and their logs that may occupy disk space.
If it is possible, add a new disk. Change the default virtual hosts/mailbox/backup location so they are stored on this new disk.
If the server filesystem has configured LVM, it is possible to extend the partition in accordance with the official virtual machine documentation.
