Unable to install Let's Encrypt:
PLESK_ERROR: DNS Problem: SERVFAIL looking up CAA for example.com
Domain's name servers resolve to a third-party server.
Third-party name servers are misconfigured. Name servers CAA record does not exist in Plesk as Plesk so far does not support it. Normally when there is a record like CAA missing on a domain, name server would return "no record" instead of SERVFAIL.
1. Determine the SOA server for the domain:
# dig SOA @22.214.171.124 example.com +short
ns1.exampleproviderserver.com. support\@exampleproviderserver.com. 17 900 600 86400 3600
2. Contact third-party name servers owners to check why they return SERVFAIL error.
Note: CAA DNS records are supported in Plesk 17.8
Note: the issue may be temporary. Try to issue the certificate once again in an hour.
