    Hello @Christopher-James,

What are OS and Plesk version?

There are a couple of articles that might help:

    For Windows: Link

    For Linux: Link

In case this would not help, consider contacting Plesk Technical Support or our partner if you have purchased Plesk not directly from us.

    Hi Ivan

Currently running on CentOS Linux 7.5.1804 Plesk Onyx 17.8.11 Update #30.

The weird thing is is that any subdomain can display the PHP info when View the phpinfo() page is clicked but none of the top level domains

    Hi @Christopher-James Sheppard,

It seemed like the error 403 is coming from either some .htaccess restrictions or ModSecurity. I suggest checking the issue in that direction.
