    Hi it was a trial key installed prior to the purchased key that caused the problems. The reason I couldn't log in, is because Plesk updated itself and overwrote the custom ports we put in /etc/sw-cp-server/conf.d/ipv6_ports.inc

    When is Plesk going to learn not to overwrite our ports?! We have to do this every time it updates. I want to set this file to read only, but fear it would cause even more headaches during updates.

    @Ccoltman,

    Hi! If you cannot connect because a trial license key has expired, I suggest you to purchase a valid license key and activate it on your Plesk server.

    It will become available and you will be able to manage Additional License keys.

    Useless because we can't connect to our Plesk server now.

    @Ccoltman,

    Hello! I am glad that the issue is resolved and you are able to connect to Plesk.

    Thank you for the suggestion regarding custom ports. Please, consider creating a feature request at Plesk UserVoice
