New settings applied on Performance settings tab regarding IIS Application Pool settings in a Service Plan, aren't synchronized and updated to subscriptions assigned to this Service Plan.
IIS Application Pool settings can be changed going to "Dedicated IIS Application Pool settings" per each subscription.
No errors are shown as it's Plesk expected behaviour.
An option at Service Plan > Permission tab > Show more permissions > Hosting performance settings management is checked/enabled.
As it's allowed to customize "Hosting performance settings management", it means that custom IIS Application Pool settings can be applied by customer, subscription assigned to this Service Plan will not synchronize with general performance settings.
