The following errors are shown when accessing File Sharing menu for a subscription at Subscriptions > example.com:
PLESK_ERROR: Internal error: OK
PLESK_ERROR: Internal error: Error in cURL request: Unknown SSL protocol error in connection to 203.0.113.2:443
PLESK_ERROR: Internal error: Error in cURL request: OpenSSL SSL_connect: SSL_ERROR_SYSCALL in connection to 203.0.113.2:443
PLESK_WARN: Unable to load folders list. Retry
Creating a folder in Subscriptions > example.com > File Sharing > More > New Folder fails with the following error:
Unable to create the folder: internal WebDAV service error. Error Code: 404
example.com is specified in Tools & Settings > File Sharing > Web Folder root URL .
Permanent SEO-safe 301 redirect from HTTP to HTTPS is enabled at Domains > example.com > Hosting Settings
- #PPPM-6886 "File sharing now works even if “Permanent SEO-safe 301 redirect from HTTP to HTTPS” is enabled for the domain that was selected in “Web Folder root URL”."

If update is not possible for some reason you may try the following
Go to Domains > example.com > Hosting Settings.
Disable Permanent SEO-safe 301 redirect from HTTP to HTTPS.
Identify a website where Domains > example.com > Hosting Settings > Permanent SEO-safe 301 redirect from HTTP to HTTPS option is disabled.
The following command via SSH shows the websites with the option disabled:
# plesk db -Ne "select domains.name from domains join hosting on domains.id=hosting.dom_id where sslRedirect='false'"
Configure the website URL from step 4 in Tools & Settings > File Sharing > Web Folder root URL.
