- The following error occurs on attempt to perform a migration from Custom Hosting:
CONFIG_TEXT: [Migration] Plesk restore report problem:
Execution of /usr/local/psa/admin/plib/api-cli/domain.php --update one.example.com -hosting true -hst_type phys -do-not-apply-skeleton -www-root one.example.com -cgi true -cgi-mode www-root -ssl true -same_ssl true -ignore-nonexistent-options failed with return code 4.
Unable to find certificate
- SSL certificates were transferred but not assigned to sub-domains on the target server.
- Migration is performed from a custom hosting panel to Plesk.
This is Plesk Migrator bug with ID #PMT-2869 which is planned to be fixed in future Plesk Migrator updates.
As a workaround, open SSL/TLS Certificates under the main domain and install SSL certificates for the sub-domains manually.
