Installation of license key fails with the following error:
PLESK_ERROR: Key Update Status
Request cannot be serviced from the specified IP(s): xx.xx.xx.xx
PLESK_ERROR: Unable to update PLSK.12345678.0000: an error occurred while processing your key. You can try to retrieve the key manually in Plesk (Tools & Settings > License Management) or let Plesk try to update it in the next 24 hours. If you do not want to receive this notification any more, remove this key from Plesk.
License is assigned to another IP address than request to license renewal comes from.
2. Check, whether specified in the error IP is present in Plesk UI > Tools & Settings > IP addresses.
3. Get IP address of primary Ethernet device:
Run the command and find the first IP address in the output:
Run the command to list all IP addresses and find IP address tied to primary network device (usually pirmary ethernet device is named as eth0 / eth0:0 / venet0:0):
# ip a
4. Contact Online Sales team to clarify if the server's primary IP (found on step # 3) is linked to the license and link theit if required.
