- Plesk for Linux
The following error occurs on an attempt to accept an order in WHMCS:
CONFIG_TEXT: Error code: 1007. Error message: Incorrect name example.com. This domain name already exists.
On the same time, a domain gets created in Plesk successfully.
WHMCS is hosted on the same server, to which the changes are being provisioned.
The web server did not provide the response because it was rebooted to apply the settings for a newly created virtual host, which is causing 502 error and repeated request from the browser.
1. Enable graceful Apache restart, as described in the article.
2. Set up apache restart interval to 20 seconds or higher in Tools & Settings > Apache Web Server or switch PHP handler for WHMCS domain to run as FPM or CGI application in Domains > example.com > PHP Settings, since FastCGI processes are restarted even if the graceful Apache restart is enabled.
