Mail sent from the contact form on a website does not get delivered.
Mails sent from WordPress mail plugin are not sent.
Mails sent from another account on the same server is not delivered to email@example.com:
The following error appears in

Mailbox firstname.lastname@example.org is not listed at Plesk > Domains > example.com > Email Addresses.
The output of the command below is similar to the following:
# ls -la /var/qmail/mailnames/example.com/jdoe
ls: cannot access /var/qmail/mailnames/example.com/jdoe: No such file or directory
Mailbox email@example.com does not exist on the server.
In case the issue happens with a contact form, alternatively, another solution is to modify it to use another existing mailbox.
