- Plesk for Linux
After adding Git repository to Plesk via Git extension and adding a corresponding webhook link to Git Lab for example
https://hostname.com:8443/modules/git/public/web-hook.php?uuid=380d11f1-d5g8-5f30-4f6e-7071b0e83bcd 500 error occurs when using or testing webhook:
Firewall or network issue. The hostname is not accessible from Git Lab side over 8443 port used in the webhook.
Check your network connectivity and iptables or firewall rules, and make sure that port 8443(8880) is allowed.
1. If Plesk Firewall is enabled, make sure there is no rejecting rules for ports 8443 at Tools & Settings > Firewall.
2. Check whether or not
on both HN* and in the container has rules regarding port
# iptables --list | grep 8443
Open ports if it's needed:
# iptables -I INPUT 1 -p tcp -m multiport --dports 8880,8443 -j ACCEPT
