In Tools & Settings > Mail Server Settings, its not possible to switch outgoing mail mode from  "Send from domain IP addresses and use domain names in SMTP greeting" to "Send from the specified IP addresses": the setting rolled back after pressing OK button.

Cause

Mail management is disabled in global mail server settings.

Resolution

1. Log in to Plesk administration panel

2. Go to Tools & Settings > Mail Server Settings and enable the "Enable mail management functions in Plesk" option

3. Press OK button to apply the new setting

After that, Outgoing mail mode settings will be applied in master.cf file (the correct IP address will be written there).
