Cannot install Drupal via Plesk:
CONFIG_TEXT: Installation of Drupal at http://example.com/ failed. Unable to change mode for /var/www/vhosts/example-sub.com/example.com/core/assets/vendor/ckeditor/plugins/a11yhelp: Operation not permitted
Unable to change mode for /var/www/vhosts/example-sub.com/example.com/core/assets/vendor/ckeditor/plugins/a11yhelp/dialogs: Operation not permitted
Filesystem error: boost::filesystem::remove: Permission denied: "/var/www/vhosts/example-sub.com/example.com/core/assets/vendor/ckeditor/plugins/a11yhelp/dialogs/a11yhelp.js"(system:13)/usr/local/psa/var/apspackages/apscatalogeSvLin.zip59df8786-4c39-e8/cache/htdocs/core/assets/vendor/ckeditor/plugins/a11yhelp/dialogs/a11yhelp.js /var/www/vhosts/example-sub.com/example.com/core/assets/vendor/ckeditor/plugins/a11yhelp/dialogs/a11yhelp.js
This error can occur for other applications like WordPress and during their upgrade.
Note: if you don't have root access to Plesk server via SSH, contact your hosting provider regarding the issue
1. Login to the server over SSH
2. Find correct system user for the domain:
# plesk bin subscription -i example.com | grep "FTP Login" | cut -f 32 -d ' '
3. Set the correct permissions for the directory mentioned in the error message:
# chown -R plesktest.psacln /var/www/vhosts/example-sub.com/example.com/core/assets/vendor/ckeditor/plugins
