How may FTP users get an RDP access to the server?

Answer

Choose one of the following ways:

  1. Permissions to login via RDP to the server may be granted by Plesk administrator manually: Subscriptions > example.com > FTP Access > select user > Access to the server over Remote Desktop > Login Allowed :

  2. Customers may allow login by themselves when needed permissions are provided from the service plan:
    Service Plans > choose the needed > switch to Permissions tab > enable Management of access to the server over Remote Desktop :

    Note: The subscription should be locked for synchronization with the service plan. To read more about subscriptions states check the Administrator's Guide .
    Warning: All subscriptions with this service plan will be affected.
  3. Customize the permissions for customer for each subscription individually:
    Subscriptions > example.com > in Account section on the right select Customize > Permissions > Management of access to the server over Remote Desktop :
