How to enable support for Python script engine in Plesk for Windows?
Since Plesk 12.5 Python script engine is not shipped and there is no Python support option under Subscriptions > example.com > Hosting Settings.
As a workaround, install Python support manually following these steps:
Warning: ActiveState Python can be used without charge only on the non-production environment. In other cases, ActiveState Python Business Edition or Enterprise Edition should be purchased.

Log into the server using RDP.
Download x86 version of Python from activestate.com.
Install it to the
(*)- Python version using 'Custom' installation type:
Add "Read & Execute", "List folder contents" and "Read" permissions for the
psaadmusers to the
(*)- Python version.
Press Refresh in Tools & Settings > Server Components.
Check that Python support option is enabled in the service plan and for the domain: Service Plans > [Service plan name] > Hosting parameters Subscriptions > example.com > Hosting Settings.
