webmail.example.comA type DNS record is not created when adding a new domain.
- A custom external record for webmail is set in Tools & Settings > DNS Template.
Webmail support is switched off for applied Service Plan. Or chosen webmail component is disabled.
- Log into Plesk.
- Go to Home > Service Plans and choose service plan assigned for the affected subscription.
- Go to the Mail tab, tick the Webmail checkbox and select the desired webmail service from the drop-down menu:
- Press Update & Sync to apply the changes.
