I've written instructions on setting this up, which should work with any linux based server (not just Plesk or CPanel) over here on the CPanel forums. You'll just need to work out how to run the cron command as root on your server system, which would be the only potential difference with Plesk.

    Hello!

Thank you for the provided information.

The official extension for Microsoft OneDrive backups will be available for Plesk 17.8, which will be released soon.

The extension is available for plesk 17.8 but it is paid. Then why the hell are we paying for the plesk license every month????????????? moving to other control. Plesk becoming greedy every month....

Hello @James, please accept my apologies that your experience with Plesk was worse than expected.

However, let me note that Microsoft OneDrive extension allows doing backups without paid license installed. The premium version introduces scheduled backups. Scheduled backups to local storage and FTP are free.

Is it possible to syncronize folder thru FTP to OneDrive ? I am searching for a way to syncronize my IIS folder to a cloud service accessible thru FTP. I was thinking about using GoodSync but they are charging $995 per server, which way beyond my means.

    Hello @Jean-Luc,

Unfortunately, such functionality is not implemented in Plesk.
I would suggest you to check existing third-party solutions. However, I cannot propose the exact variant.
