How to troubleshoot issues with Web Business Builder (WBB)?
To successfully publish a website to Plesk using WBB, Plesk configuration must satisfy the following requirements:
- Plesk server must allow incoming FTP connections on its firewall.
- Non-secure FTP connections must be allowed on Tools & Settings > Security Policy .
- Website's domain name must properly resolve via DNS to the Plesk server's IP address.
- A website should have PHP 5.3 (or newer) enabled.
If publishing fails, please check the following logs:

Reproduce the issue and check Plesk log:
If publishing errors persist, troubleshoot the FTP connections using network packet analyser (tcpdump/Wireshark) utility on the Plesk server.
To troubleshoot the errors with the extension itself, you can check its logs by opening URL https://SERVER_IP:8443/modules/web-business-builder/index.php/index/logs
