An error occurs while asking NS server for a domain:
# dig @ns1.example.com example.com
Name server ns1.example.com 203.0.113.2 not authoritative for example.com.
The name server does not answer authoritatively to queries for the tested domain. This is probably due to misconfiguration, usually the name server is not set up to serve the tested domain.
The following error exists in
/var/log/messageson the affected name server:
CONFIG_TEXT: ns1.example.com named: transfer of 'example.com/IN' from 203.0.113.3#53: failed while receiving responses: REFUSED
Nameserver did not receive a copy of DNS zone of the domain example.com.
Open Tools & Settings > DNS Templates > Transfer Restriction Template > Add Address.
Add the IP address of the nameserver.
Open DNS settings for any domain in Domains > example.com > DNS Settings.
Change any record and click Update.
Change the record back to the previous value and click Update.
