Azure DDoS Protection service protects resources from denial of service (DoS) attacks with always-on monitoring and automatic network attack mitigation.
The DDoS Protection service has a fixed monthly charge, as well as a charge for data processed. The fixed monthly charge includes protection for 100 resources. Protection for additional resources will be charged on a monthly per-resource basis.

I am facing the following error:

I have a plan of the pro plan of Cloudflare. do I still need these extentions?
Please help - what should I enable in Cloudflare to save from these errors.

The error that you see is not related to the article. It is likely that there is an issue with pm.max_children, e.g. as this article states: https://support.plesk.com/hc/en-us/articles/214528405
If it's not your case, consider searching the answer in our knowledge base using the error message.
As for the Cloudflare, this is a separate product and one of their main features is a DDoS protection. However, I would advise contacting Cloudflare directly to address your questions.
