Cause

Missing package: perl-DBD-MySQL (RPM-based systems) or libdbd-mysql-perl (DEB-based systems).

This is Plesk bug with ID # PPPM-6764 which is planned to be fixed in future Plesk updates.

Resolution

As a workaround:

1. Login to the server over SSH

2. Install perl-DBD-MySQL package:

For CentOS/RedHat:

# yum install perl-DBD-MySQL

For Debian/Ubuntu:

# apt-get update && apt-get install libdbd-mysql-perl
