Note: This article has the reference to the issue with the fix available:
"Removing package perl-DBD-MySQL / libdbd-mysql-perl resulted in subscription backup failing with message ‘No objects to dump found’."
- Plesk Onyx 17.5.3 Update 18 14 August 2017 (Linux)
The backup process fails with the following error in Plesk:
The following domains were not found on the host: example.com
Error: server "server"
No objects to dump found
log, when debug mode for Plesk Migrator is enabled, there is an error:

The following error can be found in

Missing package: perl-DBD-MySQL (RPM-based systems) or libdbd-mysql-perl (DEB-based systems).
This is Plesk bug with ID # PPPM-6764 which is fixed in Plesk Onyx 17.5 Update #18 and Plesk Onyx 17.0 Update #32.
Install the latest updates using Plesk installer.
If upgrade is not possible:
1. Login to the server over SSH
2. Install perl-DBD-MySQL package:
# yum install perl-DBD-MySQL
# apt-get update && apt-get install libdbd-mysql-perl
