If autoresponder is turned on in MailEnable, it does not work.
Plesk's autoresponder is working correctly.
MailEnable and Plesk's autoresponders use different functionality and working independently one from another. Plesk uses backend utilities to send autoresponses, not MailEnable autoresponder. Moreover, Plesk's autoresponder functionality works with MailEnable's autoresponder switched off only.
Thus if Plesk's autoresponder works properly and MailEnable's does not, please address this question to the MailEnable Support in order to fix the issue.
