Note: This article has the reference to the issue with the fix available:
"WordPress Toolkit could not work with an instance that had any code requiring ‘wp-settings.php’ in ‘wp-config.php’. Now WordPress Toolkit ignores such code when working with the instance and provides improved error reporting for ‘wp-config.php’ issues."

WordPress instances are marked as broken.
add_filterdirective is used in the wp-config file:
# grep "filter" /var/www/vhosts/example.com/httpdocs/wp-config.php
/var/www/vhosts/example.com/httpdocs/wp-config.php: add_filter('xmlrpc_enabled', '__return_false');
WordPress Toolkit bug with ID #EXTWPTOOLK-638 , which has been fixed in the WordPress Toolkit version
Update WordPress Toolkit to the latest version by going to Plesk > Extensions > Updates .
