Symptoms

Unable to manage Plesk Multi-Server:

Your Plesk license has expired or is incompatible with Plesk Multi Server. Please update license or click here to purchase a new one.

The following error appears in /var/log/plesk/panel.log:

PHP Fatal error:  Call to a member function setRedirect() on null in /usr/local/psa/admin/externals/Zend/Controller/Action/Helper/Redirector.php on line 226

ERR [1] ERROR: Call to a member function setRedirect() on null (Redirector.php:226)

Cause

Multi-Server additional license is outdated

Resolution

1. Remove Multi-Server additional license from Tools and Settings > License Management > Additional Licenses > check Multi-Server license > click Remove

2. Go back to Tools and Settings > License Management menu

3. Click Retrieve in order to retrieve the latest version of the main Plesk key along with all it's additional licenses
