Migration fails with the following error message in Plesk:
PLESK_ERROR: Failed to fetch basic information about resellers, clients and domains data from source servers
Cause: Command execution failed on the local server with non-zero exit code.

That is a critical error, migration was stopped
One of the following error messages appears in the logfile /var/log/secure (or /var/log/auth.log) on the source server:
CONFIG_TEXT: Authentication refused: bad ownership or modes for directory /root
CONFIG_TEXT: Authentication refused: bad ownership or modes for directory /root/.ssh
The directory /root or /root/.ssh/ has incorrect permissions.
Connect to the source server via SSH.
Set correct permissions:
On the directory /root:
# chmod 550 /root
On the directory /root/.ssh:
# chown root:root /root/.ssh
# chmod 755 /root/.ssh
