How to run migration without copying any content, just the structure via command-line interface?

Answer

  1. Create a configuration file config.ini in /usr/local/psa/var/modules/panel-migrator/conf/ :
    # touch /usr/local/psa/var/modules/panel-migrator/conf/config.ini
  2. Set properly the file  as it recommended here: https://docs.plesk.com/en-US/onyx/migration-guide/editing-the-plesk-migrator-configuration-file.75608/
  3. Create a list of subscriptions to migrate by running the following command:
    # /usr/local/psa/admin/sbin/modules/panel-migrator/plesk-migrator generate-migration-list
  4. Start the migration by running this:
    # /usr/local/psa/admin/sbin/modules/panel-migrator/plesk-migrator transfer-accounts --skip-copy-db-content --skip-copy-web-content --skip-copy-mail-content
