Upon restoration of a backup from Plesk 11.5 on a newer Plesk server, the customer has more extensive permissions than the reseller.
Bug PPPM-6726 . The separate permissions for reseller's customers were introduced on Plesk 12.0, while they were inheriting from a reseller in Plesk 11.5. Therefore, during the backup restoration, the customer permissions are set to default values.
The bug will be fixed in one of the future product updates.
As a workaround, the customers' permissions should be set manually or synchronized with the service plan in Resellers > %reseller_name% > Customers > %customer_name% > Customize.
Or automatically by running the attached script:
1. Download and unpack script.zip to C:\Users\Administrator.
2. Log in to the server via RDP and execute the script by running the following command in the Command Prompt:
"%plesk_dir%\admin\bin\php.exe" -f C:\Users\Administrator\script.php
