Symptoms

CloudFlare WAF Settings do not work:

The CloudFlare API did not respond correctly. Please try again in a few minutes.

The following error appears in /var/log/plesk/panel.log with debug mode enabled when trying to access WAF Settings menu in CloudFlare:

[SERVERSHIELD] CloudFlare API: (400) {"success":false,"errors":[{"code":7003,"message":"Could not route to \/zones\/firewall\/waf\/packages, perhaps your object identifier is invalid?"},{"code":7000,"message":"No route for that URI"}],"messages":[],"result":null}

Cause

CloudFlare account misconfiguration

Resolution

1) Disable CloudFlare extension so that domain's DNS records are updated
2) Remove it completely
3) Install CloudFlare anew
4) Open Settings tab and click Reset
5) Login using tyour corporate email and it's host API key
6) Click Recheck license to make sure it is changed from Free to Plus
7) Open any domain > open CloudFlare extension and login to the CloudFlare account using domain owner email. By using domain owner email you make sure that the extension is activated and used properly.
