  • Option "Switch on spam protection based on DNS blackhole lists" is enabled in Home > Tools & Settings > Mail Servers

Cause

Mail denied by one of the DNS BL services

Resolution

1. Review DNS blackhole lists which are setup in Plesk and remove the ones that cause the issue.

2. Otherwise set "SPF checking mode" in Home > Tools & Settings > Server-Wide Mail Settings " to not strict ones:

Reject mail if SPF resolves to "softfail"

Reject mail if SPF resolves to "neutral"
