Unable to restore backup if it contains subscription whose user-data archive exceeds 2Gb

 Symptoms

Unable to restore backup from FTP or local single archive if it contains subscription whose user-data archive exceeds 2 Gb.

After trying to restore backup the next error appears:

Unable to import file as dump: pmm-ras failed (Error code = 1):
STDOUT: Transport error: 0 byes were read but 18446744061973470985 expected STDERR:

Cause

It is known bug PPPM-5531 that has been fixed in Plesk Onyx MU #13

Resolution

Upgrade to Plesk Onyx.

As a workaround for CentOS 7x64:

1. Download patched pmm-ras file from link below:

http://fe.plesk.com/adef3ed322fa4ee9b9b5f6f3241a1270/centos_rhel_cl_7_x64/usr/local/psa/admin/sbin/pmm-ras

2. Make backup of the file /usr/local/psa/admin/sbin/pmm-ras

3. Replace existed file /usr/local/psa/admin/sbin/pmm-ras to the patched.
