Symptoms

Unable to upload files using web form developed with .NET Framework:
CONFIG_TEXT: The 'Microsoft.ACE.OLEDB.12.0' provider is not registered on the local machine.

The package
AccessDatabaseEngine.exehas been installed in accordance with Microsoft documentation -
ODBC connection test is successful.
Cause
32-bit version of MS SQL server is installed.

hello,
how can i install it on plesk server ? I'm new to plesk. please kindy help. It has been searched in cpanel Application tab and could not be found.

Hi! You need to connect to the server via RDP (as per https://support.plesk.com/hc/en-us/articles/360000471413), then download and install this package: https://www.microsoft.com/en-us/download/details.aspx?id=7020
It is a Microsoft package, thus it is needed to install it on the server directly, not via Plesk. If you do not have administrator credentials, contact your hosting provider.
