The website example.com (or webmail webmail.example.com) is not accessible. The following error is shown in a browser:
PLESK_INFO: This site can’t be reached
The utility "nslookup" returns the following output for the domain example.com:
# nslookup example.com 188.8.131.52
** server can't find example.com: NXDOMAIN
# nslookup webmail.example.com
** server can't find webmail.example.com: NXDOMAIN
The DNS record is present on the name server where DNS "example.com" zone is hosted:
# nslookup example.com 203.0.113.2
- The A type DNS record for the domain does not exist.
DNS record for the domain exists but was not propagated to DNS servers.
Name server records do not exist on a registrar side, global DNS servers do not know where from to take server IP address to resolve domain correctly.
Make sure that the A record for the domain is present at Plesk > Domains > example.com > DNS Settings.
Wait until DNS propagation will be finished. It can take up to 24-48 hours.
Create DNS records for the website on the domain registrar side: login to domain registration account and add Plesk name server (or third-party name servers):
