The website example.com (or webmail webmail.example.com) shows incorrect content in a browser or it is not accessible. This may occur after migration as well. The following error is shown in web browser:
PLESK_INFO: This site can’t be reached
The nslookup utility (can be also launched in cmd.exe) returns the following output for the domain example.com:
# nslookup example.com 220.127.116.11
** server can't find example.com: NXDOMAIN
# nslookup webmail.example.com
** server can't find webmail.example.com: NXDOMAIN
A DNS record is present on the name server where DNS "example.com" zone is hosted:
# nslookup example.com 203.0.113.2
NS records have been changed recently.
An A type DNS record for the domain does not exist.
A DNS record for the domain exists, but was not propagated to public DNS servers.
- Create/update a DNS record for the domain on the domain registrar side: login to domain registration account and add Plesk name server (or third-party name servers) pointing to the actual IP address:

- Wait until DNS propagation is finished. This process can take up to 48 hours.
