WooCommerce plugin is missing in Plesk or on the WordPress Admin Dashboard page

Symptoms

WooCommerce plugin is installed in some way.

The corresponding folder woocommerce is presented in %plesk_vhosts%example.com/wp-content/plugins/ directory.

The plugin WooCommerce is missing at Plesk > Domains > example.com > My CMS > Manage Plugins or at Plesk > Domains > example.com > My CMS > Log in to Admin Dashboard > Plugins.

An attempt to install WooCommerce plugin via Plesk > Domains > example.com > My CMS > Manage Plugins > Install Plugin or via Plesk > Domains > example.com > My CMS > Log in to Admin Dashboard > Plugins > Add New results in an error:

Error: Unable to install the selected plugins on the WordPress installation My CMS: Warning: Destination folder already exists. &amp;quot;C:/Inetpub/vhosts/example.com/wp-content/plugins/woocommerce/&amp;quot;<br />
&#123;&amp;quot;err_code&amp;quot;:0,&amp;quot;err_message&amp;quot;:&amp;quot;No plugins installed.&amp;quot;&#125;<br />

Cause

Corrupted installation of WooCommerce plugin.

Resolution

  1. Move or rename %plesk_vhosts%example.com/wp-content/plugins/woocommerce folder.
  2. Go to Plesk > Domains > example.com > My CMS > Manage Plugins > Install Plugin .
  3. Install WooCommerce plugin.
