How to add a Plesk email account in Outlook?

Note: in Plesk Obsidian mail autodiscovery has been implemented.

If Plesk Premium Email is not installed in Extensions first enable Autodiscovery and then configure Outlook as follows: Access from Microsoft Office Outlook 2016

If Plesk Premium Email is installed in Extensions configure Outlook as described below:
Note: Plesk Premium Email has its own autodiscovery mechanism. There is no need to enable it in Tools & Settings > Mail Server settings. If it is required to use Plesk's autodiscover mechanism proceed here: [BUG] Mail autodiscover option is not visible in Mail Server Settings.

Plesk Premium Email can be installed in the Extensions sections in Plesk: How to manage Plesk extensions (install, disable, remove, update)

Open Microsoft Office Outlook.

Go to File > Add Account.

Select the “Outlook.com or Exchange ActiveSync compatible service” option and then click Next.

Specify the following:

Your name.

Your email address.

Mail server. Type your domain name. For example, example.com.

User Name. Specify your full email address. Example: johndoe@example.com.

Password. This password probably coincides with the password you use for logging in to Plesk.

Click Next.

If a secure connection is needed refer to step 3 in How to configure a secure connection when setting up a Plesk email account in email client

Click Finish.
Once the setup is finished, Microsoft Office Outlook will send you a test email.

We have problems with Outlook 2019 Version of Office365. It does not support our imap/pop & smtp plesk accounts. Is there something special like tls support or dns entries? How to get this Outlook working?

Could you specify what errors are shown when you trying to connect to a mailbox on a Plesk server using Outlook 2019? And what configuration is used for that?
issue solved, TLS1.1+1.2 was not correct enabled in plesk.
done this by # plesk bin server_pref -u -ssl-protocols 'TLSv1.1 TLSv1.2'
now connection is possible, but inbox does not appears. had to uncheck "show only subscribed folder"

Indeed, not available inbox folder in Outlook is the known issue, glad to hear that you have resolved it.

We have the same issue here with clients using Outlook 2019 Version of Office365. When you send an email from Outlook 2019 Version of Office365 the mail is not synchronized with the sent folder. And we don't know what to do.

I found a way to solve all my troubles under OUTLOOK 2007 2013 and 2016
When you setup your pop3 account, DO NOT PUT pop.domain.com or mail.domain.com AND ADD THE IP ADDRESS of your DOMAIN
And do the same for the SMTP SERVER.
Into advanced Options POP3: 995 SSL and SMTP: 465 SSL and all will be fine

I am following exactly same steps, but i am getting failed information. this information is not working. i am using SSL with 993 and SSL 465, manually for iMAP.

You have to install POP/IMAP on your server first as IMAP is very different from SMTP
