/opt/psa/var/apspackages/is almost 4GB. Is it safe to remove the content of the directories? How to do that properly?
- Are there any risks of clearing apps cache?
/usr/local/psa/var/apspackages/ stores cached application packages installed from the Application Catalog and custom applications uploaded manually. The files in the cache can speed up further app installations, but these files can be deleted to free disk space on the server:
There are no risks for any personal data in Plesk.
In Plesk, go to Tools & Settings > Application Vault and click on Clear Cache button:
To clear cache from command line, you may use
aps utlity like below:
# /usr/local/psa/bin/aps --clear-cache
