Question
Why is it impossible to log in to Plesk with system user credentials?
Answer
The system user accounts are designed to serve FTP/SSH (on Linux) connections only and not used for logging in to Plesk.
To find or create users that can be used to log in to Plesk, go to Subscriptions > example.com > Users

I would like to inform you that I'm unable to log in or access my Cpanel. I have already used so many browsers and troubleshooting, but I still have many browsers and all the troubleshooting but still, I'm facing the same problem. Here I'm sharing the screenshot of the issue. Kindly have a look and do the needful.
After upgrading to Obsidian 18.0.23, I can't login with any browser. I only see a empty gray screen.
I can still login using my Andriod Plesk App, but not with Chome, Firefox, Edge or Explorer in any PC. Always the same blank screen like this.
I have another server running Plesk Onyx 17.8.11 and I can log in normally.
Any idea how to resolve it?

I have the same issue. Luckily I found your post that you can access it via mobile.
I open Plesk via mobile and updated the version of my Plesk. After performing update, I've been able to access it again.

I have a problem in that I recorded the system user accounts and did not get to entering any users into the admin panel once logged on. Computer froze, had to hard reboot and now I cannot get into the admin panel. What would be the default credentials used to get me in the first time? Also, since I did not manually enter a user or credentials I don't know how to use the "forgot password". I tried my azure account email address and user but that did not work either.
How can I get into the panel without starting over in azure (delete vm and build new one)?
