    I have this Versión 17.5.3 Actualización #68, and the problem happens also with one account.

    i can´t run 

    doveadm quota recalc -u mailbox@example.com

    Hi @Luis Zubeldia!

    Probably, you can't execute doveadm because Courier-IMAP is used as IMAP/POP3 server.

    As for the issue itself, please ensure that both symptoms are met in your case.

    The issue described in the article should not occur in Plesk Onyx 17.5.3 Update #68. There is a possibility that the issue you are facing has a different cause. It requires additional investigation.
