Unable to open logs menu in Plesk: page is not loading

Issue Symptoms

Unable to open Subscriptions > example.com > Logs page: it is constantly loading without ever getting opened.

C:\Inetpub\vhosts\example.com\logs\php_errors\example.com\php_error.log is bigger than 200 Mb and the following error message preceding:

The size of BLOB/TEXT data inserted in one transaction is greater than 10% of redo log size. Increase the redo log size using innodb_log_file_size.

Conditions

Limit set for MySQL parameter innodb_log_file_size is low.

Resolution

  1. Backup %plesk_dir%\Databases\MySQL\my.ini file;
  2. Increase the limit innodb_log_file_size in %plesk_dir%\Databases\MySQL\my.ini;
  3. Stop MySQL56 service;
  4. Move files ib_logfile0 and ib_logfile1 from %plesk_dir%\Databases\MySQL\data;
  5. Start MySQL56 service;
  6. Move or rename C:\Inetpub\vhosts\example.com\logs\php_errors\example.com\php_error.log.
